Meet Our Founder
Dr. Shereene Idriss
A lifelong lover of aesthetics and a self-proclaimed “skincare nerd,” Dr. Shereene Idriss founded Idriss Dermatology in 2021 after honing her expertise at several high-profile Manhattan practices. She is widely recognized for her unique blend of technical skill and genuine warmth, earning the trust and admiration of both industry peers and patients alike.
Education & Training
Dr. Idriss earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., graduating magna cum laude. She went on to receive her medical degree from George Washington University Medical Center, followed by a four-year residency at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, including three years of specialized dermatology training. Since 2013, she has been practicing dermatology at leading medical institutions.

Dr. Idriss’ treatment philosophy centers on delivering effective, evidence-based care with honesty and precision. She believes in cutting through trends and hype to offer personalized solutions grounded in clinical science and a natural aesthetic. Whether formulating skincare or treating patients, her goal is to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to achieve healthy, radiant skin.

Dr. Idriss is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of both the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York. She has authored over half a dozen peer-reviewed studies and is a frequent speaker at national and international dermatology conferences. Her expertise has been featured across prominent media platforms—online, in print, and on television—and she maintains an active and engaged following on social media. Outside of her professional pursuits, Dr. Idriss enjoys spending time with her husband, Amr, and their two young children.

Dr. Juliya Fisher
Dr. Juliya Fisher is a double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon known for her meticulous skill, clinical expertise, and approachable demeanor. With a deep commitment to excellence in skin health and aesthetics, she brings a wealth of experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology to every patient interaction.
Education & Training
Dr. Fisher earned her medical degree with distinction in research from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, graduating at the top of her class with induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and receiving the Benjamin Bender Award for Excellence in Clinical Dermatology. She trained in internal medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital and then completed her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate, where she served as Chief Resident. Dr. Fisher continued her training and further specialization through a prestigious dermatologic surgery fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center.

Dr. Fisher is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American College of Mohs Surgery. She has been recognized by her peers as a Top Doctor in NYC by Castle Connolly and Super Doctors for multiple years. Dr. Fisher is a dedicated educator and actively teaches residents in all aspects of surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Her research has been presented at national conferences and has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. A black belt in Tae Kwon Do, she enjoys kickboxing, traveling, and spending quality time with her family outside of work.
