Our Philosophy

We Begin
With the Face.

Candid advice from two board-certified dermatologists,
and results that still look like you.

Your First Visit

Before Any Treatment.

We look at your features and how your face moves, and we ask what you want to keep. Then we tell you plainly what treatment can and cannot change, and when we would leave well alone.

A Face Should Still
Feel Like You.

We want you to look rested and balanced, with a face that still moves the way yours does.

Often that means doing less. Sometimes it means waiting, and we will tell you so.

“Mohs surgery taught me to remove only what has to go and protect everything around it. I treat faces the same way, with as little as it takes.”

1 · The whole face

See the Whole Face.

Before we discuss a single feature, we look at how it sits in your face and how it moves.

2 · Questions

Make Room for Questions.

You will know the options and their limits, with exact pricing, before you decide anything.

3 · Over time

Think in Years.

We take small steps, and revisit the plan as your skin and your priorities change.

4 · Your doctor

A Dermatologist, Every Time.

At many aesthetic practices, nurses or physician assistants perform the injections and lasers. Here, your plan, every injection and every laser setting are your dermatologist’s. Dr. Idriss and Dr. Fisher are both board-certified dermatologists, trained in the anatomy beneath the skin and in what to do when something doesn’t go to plan.
